Meet Dr. Jenn

is celebrating her 20th year in practice in Hendersonville. She became a chiropractor, with the intentions of providing a better option for health care than the standard medical model. She is committed to providing honest and quality care to each person that comes through our doors.

Dr. Hensley uses a 'whole person approach'. This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Hensley is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Hensley's own daughter was adjusted at just 2 hours old. She believes that adjusting children at a young age can help to improve immunity and prevent degenerative processes from occurring later in life. She also works with many of her female patients with her natural approach to hormonal imbalances, fertility issues, and pregnancy care. Dr. Jenn is currently enrolled in the ICPA diplomate program earning an additional certification in Pediatrics. Through the Intersect for Kids Program she will focus on children with Sensory Processing Disorders ie. Autism, ADD, ADHD, and other learning disabilities.

Dr. Hensley is married to Kevin and they both welcomed their first child, a daughter, Shelby Lourdes Hensley in September of 2010, and a son Enzo Cru Hensley in February 2014. Dr. Hensley attributes getting adjusted regularly to the amazing natural water birth she had with her daughter, and home birth of an 11 pound baby boy. She completed her undergraduate at Wright State University, and went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the fountainhead of Chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. She completed her education there, and moved to western NC to pursue her dream practice. She also spent time in Brazil delivering chiropractic care to children and adults. Dr. Hensley is also an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (certified in Webster Technique), ACA, and the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Jenn was also elected to Hendersonville's City Council in 2019, and serves as Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Hendersonville. She enjoys traveling, watching her kids excel at the sports, and cooking for family and friends.
